This process is much more complicated than engraving lasez and delivering a quality product of the best quality.

Great gift! My husband loves it. Excellent craftsmanship. My only disappointment was that it took nearly a month to arrive and missed Christmas. I don't recall seeing that in the info on Lopack but perhaps I missed it. I was very sad my husband didn't have his hat to open on Christmas.
